Pride Month at Kapara Soho: Queer-Owned and Loudly Proud

Pride Month has officially landed, and at Kapara, we are bringing all the colour, flavour, and fabulous energy right to the heart of Soho, London’s LGBTQI+ capital. As one of the few queer-owned restaurants in London, we are proud to be more than just a place to eat. Kapara, by Chef Eran Tibi is a vibrant, inclusive dining space where the queer community, and everyone who supports it, comes together to celebrate identity, creativity, and good times.

This June, and for the first week of July to include Pride in London on 5th July, we are throwing open the doors to an unforgettable season of bold food, rainbow desserts, limited-edition Pride cocktails, and alfresco feasting on one of the most unique outdoor terraces in Central London.

Whether you’re looking for a gay-friendly restaurant near the West End, a pre-parade lunch spot in Soho, or the perfect LGBTQI+ inclusive terrace in London for post-march drinks, Kapara is your Pride Month home.

A Queer-Owned Restaurant in the Heart of London’s LGBTQ+ Scene

Kapara is located in the centre of Soho, right in the heart of London’s LGBTQ+ community. We are proud to be one of the few LGBTQI+ friendly restaurants in Soho that is also queer-owned and independently operated.

We have always believed in creating a space where people feel completely at ease. Whether you are joining us for lunch, dinner, cocktails, or a celebratory feast, our space is welcoming to all. As an inclusive restaurant in Central London, Kapara supports freedom of expression, bold creativity, and the joy of gathering with chosen family.

Recently featured in the BBC’s list of the best queer-owned restaurants in London, we stand as a vibrant space where queer joy is not a seasonal concept, but a year-round foundation.

Pride Month Cocktails to Celebrate with Style

To mark Pride Month in London, our bar team has crafted a selection of original cocktails made to celebrate identity and expression in every flavour. These limited-edition drinks are available throughout June and into the first week of July, perfect for pre-Pride meetups, parade day drinks, or celebratory nightcaps.

Sip on the Pisco Inferno, a zesty and spicy cocktail with hints of mango and chilli, or try the Proud Mary, our bold remix of a Bloody Mary with mezcal, tequila, and our house-made green harissa blend.

Feeling something sparkling? Thelma and Louise are two beautifully floral bubbly cocktails, both light and bright with rose wine, prosecco, and citrus. Or try the Rainbow Heatwave, our vibrant pineapple and mango-infused Wray & Nephew shot with vegan cream and a touch of theatre.
These Pride cocktails in Soho are made to be shared, snapped, and savoured with friends, lovers, and everyone in between.

Rainbow Babka Is Back for Pride

June also sees the return of one of our most talked-about desserts. Our limited-edition Rainbow Babka is filled with pistachio and tahini, and served with a lemon thyme crème anglaise and cherry compote. It’s vibrant, decadent, and designed to bring a sweet end to your celebration.

This special dessert is available all month long, through to the week of London Pride, and is the perfect centrepiece for a Pride dinner in Soho.

One of Soho’s Best Outdoor Dining Spots

What truly sets Kapara apart is our unique outdoor terrace in Soho. Tucked just off the street before you even enter the restaurant, it is a lush, sun-soaked spot that feels like a true hidden gem in Central London.

Whether you are looking for alfresco dining during Pride Month, a quiet place to sip cocktails in the sun, or a post-parade hangout that keeps the energy going, our terrace is open all day and night.

When it comes to restaurants in Soho with outdoor seating, few offer this kind of setting right in the centre of the action.

A New Lunch Menu Just in Time for Summer

Pride Month is the perfect excuse to try our new summer lunch menu. Whether you are after a quick pre-march bite or a longer, lazy terrace lunch with your crew, our fresh dishes are designed for summer sharing.

Our menu focuses on bold, Eastern Mediterranean-inspired flavours with plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. It’s casual, colourful, and packed with everything you need for a perfect Pride lunch in Central London.

Book Now for Pride Month and London Pride Weekend

Reservations are open now for Pride Month in London, including the week of the London Pride Parade. Our terrace is in high demand, so we recommend booking early for weekend brunch, pre-theatre lunch, and post-parade feasting.

We always keep room for walk-ins too, especially if you are just stopping in for a drink, a dessert, or a toast with your chosen family.
Kapara is here, proud, and ready to welcome you.

Happy Pride from everyone at Kapara Soho.
Queer-owned. Inclusive always. Come celebrate with us in the heart of Soho.
