Courageous character and fearless flavours: how London’s latest Middle Eastern venture began

It all started under the beloved roof of Eran Tibi’s family owned bakery. Kapara’s head chef, Eran, was born and raised knowing that food was part of his blood. Growing up under the influence of his Tunisian father and Syrian mother, you can only imagine the daring variety in our new Soho lunch menu; it truly is the holy grail of flavoursome fusion.

As you must know by now, food isn’t the sole factor that defines Kapara’s alluring attitude and unafraid personality. Eran Tibi took all the best influences from each of his idolised family members. Eran’s grandfather was a lover of life, he held the disposition of living in the moment, and in doing so, he honoured his life by making a toast… with a sweet glass of arak, fresh-out-the-oven pitas, and a heavenly array of arabian dips, surrounded by his nearest and dearest. Because the best memories in life are worth relishing on for years to come.
